From Corporate Life to Coaching with Purpose
I know what it feels like to lead, to stretch, to juggle, to thrive… and sometimes to doubt.
For over 25 years, I led in some of the most demanding global industries — managing billion-dollar business units, transforming strategies, and often being one of the few women in the room.
It was dynamic and rewarding, but underneath I faced the same questions we ask ourselves: What’s next? Am I still growing — or just grinding?
Life as a dual-career and a mother
My career and personal life grew side by side.
When our son was born during an international assignment in the U.S., I was leading major change by day and reading bedtime stories by night.
Like many women, I carried the invisible load — proud of what I was building, but often exhausted.
A Pause That Became a Turning Point
In 2021, I chose to pause — not because I had to, but because I was ready.
Ready to listen, to realign, to ask: What now?
That space became a pivot point.
I trained as a Co-Active Coach, deepened my own growth, and reconnected with what energizes me most: supporting others !
And help women rise with clarity, confidence, and courage.

Today, I bring every chapter of my journey into my coaching.
As an Executive and Growth Coach, I work with executives and female leaders — mid-career professionals, change makers, and those on the rise — who want alignment, impact, and a leadership style that feels true to who they are.
